Conduct: It is expected that each participant is courteous and respectful of all others present, as well as the space and equipment provided. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Event Sales: All event sales are final. Please double check your schedule in advance before saving your spot! Due to the intensive nature of planning and facilitating these gatherings, and all that comes with cancellations (credit card processing fees, contacting others on waitlist, etc), it has become apparent that cancellations aren’t manageable.

That being said, I know life happens. If you are unable to join us and ample notice has been provided, it may be possible to either transfer your payment towards another event in the future, or offer reimbursement.
